In this day and age there is the agonizing question that many ask themselves; “What’s next?” This isn’t just for those that have been in the workforce for many years. This is something that’s impacting many young people fresh out of school, people that have been furloughed and then there’s the many that are seeing things in the future with big question marks.

For our August session the WTA will be providing a group of panelists that can provide some vision, guidance and a framework that many can work with. Our IT Industry is vast so where do you start? How do you upskill and stay relevant? Where can I gain entry to start my career? How do I maintain my skills? With these uncertain times the WTA wants all of you to know that there are options and with the right direction success in IT is within your reach!

David Brady, Chief Talent Connector, Colorful Connections

David Brady

David serves people who are looking to unlock more of their fullest potential, to do work that matters, and to end their day happier and more fulfilled than when it started.  He also is Chief Talent Connector at Colorful Connections – an inclusion, diversity, equity and action-oriented recruitment and staffing firm.  Last year, David moved back to Milwaukee after being away for 10+ years.  During that time, he traveled the world playing piano on cruise ships, led international hospitality teams, recruited entertainment talent for Carnival Cruise Line, and led one of the world’s largest music departments at sea.  He’s not defined his life by his successes, nor the positions he’s held, nor the industries he’s worked.  For David, success is the invitation to get to do the things that make him come alive again the next day.  What got him up this morning was the opportunity to be present with you.
