Join us in January to hear Rob Rizzo, CIO, Research and Advisory at Gartner, as he discusses the top tech trends of 2022.
Additionally, Rob will also take a deeper look at how story telling can impact your company’s ability to implement new and innovative technology. Many IT teams struggle to communicate the business value of IT to executive leadership, using tactical measures and metrics that do not convey business value. Learn how IT leaders and departments should craft their value message and the supporting metrics as a narrative that tells how IT can impact critical business outcomes.
- What are the 3-5 things most important to your business stakeholders? (How would stakeholders describe those in terms of “value”?)
- How would you describe your current mode of communicating value, conveying information and requests?
- What makes it difficult to orient conversations and metrics to business value?
