Panelists:
Jeremy B
auer, Vice President IT Security & Chief Information Security Officer, Molson Coors Beverage Company
Jeremy Bauer serves as VP IT Security & CISO at Molson Coors Beverage Company, leading enterprise security with a bias toward agility and outcomes. A US Air Force veteran, Jeremy blends defense‑grade thinking with a practitioner’s skepticism, he champions zero‑trust architectures and cuts through security theatre to focus on controls that actually move risk. He’s a regular speaker and community contributor who prefers plain‑language, no‑BS discussions about detection engineering, OT/IT realities, and adaptive protection. Past Credentials include CISSP, CISM, and CEH; (Though none are current, because CEUs are just another thing he has no time for). He’s Milwaukee‑based and still proudly calls himself an “IT security nerd with a growing Lego backlog.”

Alyssa is a life-long hacker, international public speaker, community advocate and author. Her passion for technology has its roots in her earliest childhood days. At 12, she bought her first computer and taught herself BASIC programming. Her career in tech spans 27 years in various roles from programming to cybersecurity to executive leadership. In 2022 she published “Cybersecurity Career Guide” as part of her advocacy for helping others make a career out of their passion for hacking and security in general.
