Speaker Biographies

A “builder” at heart, Chad Albrecht is a native Milwaukeean who loves technology, learning and creating things using his head and hands.  Chad’s career has taken him from writing code to running companies.  Currently the CTO of Growth Forge Consulting, Chad helps small businesses grow using a combination of software, technology, operational improvement and team building.

David Rice was one of those kids who always asked his parents, ‘why?’. Eternally curious, David was ready to jump in and explore if challenges involved people and complexity. After growing up in the same house that his Grandfather built in Milwaukee, David’s career has span the professional services, financial services and healthcare industries as both an employee and an investor. Today, David is a Sr. Product Manager with Northwestern Mutual’s Digital Innovation and Research Team and an Associate Partner with Cream City Venture Capital.
