Andy Hall, VP of Operations and Cloud Solution Architect at Centare will explain the why behind AWS Lambda and other Serverless environments.  In addition, you will learn what it is and how AWS Lambda allows small businesses up to global enterprises to effectively develop microservice-based applications and implement them using the container farm idea – small, isolated services, each in its own container, just without the management headache.

When and Why To Use a Blockchain

Alec Shaw, Co-Founder of the Marquette University Blockchain Lab and Euphrates Consulting will explain in understandable terms what blockchain is, why a blockchain is needed and the nuances associated with each type of blockchain, including coding language. All information will be related back to applicable use cases.

Alec’s consulting group, Euphrates, has built everything from accounting solutions for manufacturers to identity platforms for peer to peer lending. He was recently recognized by Wisconsin Inno in their 25 under 25 innovator awards.
