Doug Barton, Director of the UW-Madison E-Business Consortium (UWEBC), is driven by a singular purpose: to move life forward together. Since 1998, the UWEBC has brought together executives, managers, and senior practitioners from leading companies to learn from each other. Tim Butts, Chief Information Officer, Findorff

Tim adds to his role as Chief Information Officer with 26 years of experience in multiple industries, including insurance, manufacturing, consumer goods, and construction. Tim is responsible for overseeing Findorff’s information technology strategy and ensuring that all systems and applications run smoothly. This includes managing data, reports, system implementations, technology requests, and regular improvements. Tim leads our digital evolution, leveraging technology to drive innovation and elevate Findorff to new heights.

 

 

Courtney McCarty, Senior Cybersecurity Analyst – Internet of Things (IoT) Risk, IoMT, ICS, Advocate Health

Courtney is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a focus in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). She has a diverse knowledge of multiple domains within IT security including Threat Intelligence, Third Party Risk Management, and most recently, developing programs focused on the convergence of OT—specifically medical devices and industrial control systems.

Outside of cybersecurity, Courtney is a lover of all things local and hand-crafted, especially tasty foods and craft cocktails. Courtney is personally committed to growing the bar industry for women as the owner of Madison’s first experiential cocktail lounge, NITRO.
